The "Vaccination Station" at Humane Society of West Michigan

 
The "Vaccination Station" is a partnership between Humane Society of West Michigan
and C-SNIP in an effort to offer affordable options to low income pet owners. 
 
To qualify for the clinics clients must be able to show proof of income and financial need (bridge card,
tax return, unemployment etc.)  
 
 
WHERE: Humane Society of West Michigan (3077 Wilson NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49534)
WHEN:  2nd Monday of the month from 2pm-5pm, no appointment necessary.
 
WHERE: C-SNIP (1675 Viewpond Dr. SE, Kentwood, MI 49508) 
WHEN:  3rd Friday of the month from 11am-2pm, no appointment necessary. 
 

Services :
Distemper: $10
Rabies: $15
Bordatella: $10
Heartworm Test: $10
Felv/FIV Test: $20
Pet ID Microchip: $10 (only with vaccination)
 
**$10 charge for unaltered animals per visit**
(this charge reserves your spay/neuter apointment) 
 

PLEASE NOTE: The "Vaccination Station" staff will schedule spay/ neuter appointments for all unaltered animals.  Refusal to spay or neuter your pet will result in refusal of vaccine clinic services.
